About The Property

Continental Towers is a 910,000 square foot, Class A office complex built between 1978 – 1982. The complex is comprised of three 12-story towers connected to a multi-level Commercium situated on a 34-acre site in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. The property is strategically positioned along the I-90 Northwest Tollway between two major interchanges and sits just outside of the congestion of the Greater Woodfield Area. The complex offers numerous amenities including a 30,000 SF athletic complex, a large conference / training facility, and a deli.

Conference Center

Continental Towers' conference center consists of four rooms approximately 1,000 square feet each which can be consolidated into one room to accommodate larger groups.

Smaller, more intimate meetings can be created by dividing walls and arranging the room in multiple seating configurations, enhancing interaction between attendees. A hospitality area is available upon request. The location of Continental Towers and its proximity to O'Hare, downtown and the surrounding suburbs creates an ideal location to host your meetings no matter where your attendees will be traveling from. Ample parking is also available.

Continental Towers conference rooms are conveniently located on the first floor of Tower 3. Entry is made through the glass doors adjacent to the entrance of the building.

Our rooms are a Wi-Fi hotspot with electric available at your classroom tables upon request. Projectors and sound are standard for each room.

Room Design

Our rooms can be configured in a number of different styles to suit your event. Open room, theater setting, or classroom style are all available. Other configurations are available upon request.

Our 25" X 72" tables and chairs are completely portable allowing you to divide into smaller groups during your session. Each room comfortably seats 36 people using tables or 64 people in a theater style seating arrangement.

Scheduling

Scheduling for the rooms can be made by calling the GlenStar Management Office at 847-640-1800 during normal business hours. Appointments can be made to tour the rooms by calling this same number. A member of our management staff will accompany you to explain the features and setup.

Once you've selected your date and room configuration, confirm your meeting dates with our office, download the License Agreement in the Room Design section of this website, fill in pertinent information and return it to the management office. The room will be open and configured for the date of your request.

Continental Athletic Club

The Club offers 30,000 square feet of broad range of strength and cardiovascular equipment. Preferred membership rates are available to all tenants of Continental Towers.

The facility is located on the lower level of the Commercium.

Continental Towers has an onsite Glenstar Properties LLC management office. It is located in Tower Two, Suite 100.

The office is open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The phone number is 847-640-1800. During non-business hours, this number will be answered by the 24 hour security office located on the lower level of Tower Two. If you have any questions about the building or a request for service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Towers are open to the public on the following schedule:

Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED

Commercium:
Monday through Friday: 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Tenants with "building access cards" may enter all three towers via the front doors on a 24/7 basis. Intercoms to communicate with our Security Control Room are located at those same locations for assistance when needed.

Location

Continental Towers is a corporate landmark strategically positioned along the I-90 Northwest Tollway between two major interchanges.

The property sits just outside of the congestion of the Greater Woodfield Area and offers easy accessibility to Chicago’s airports, downtown, and inter-connecting highways. The commuter bus system (PACE) stops directly in front of Continental Towers on Golf Road, making public transportation a convenient alternative. There are two Metra Rail stations within a short ride of the building.
